While we accept bookings at any time, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability, especially for airport transfers. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible - just give us a call!

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and can also invoice corporate accounts. Payment is processed securely through our booking system or can be arranged with your driver.

Yes! We provide complimentary child safety seats and booster seats upon request. Please let us know the age and size of your child when booking so we can ensure the appropriate seat is available for your ride.

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that plans change - contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your booking.

For DTW airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real-time and adjust for any delays. Your driver will meet you at baggage claim with a sign displaying your name. We include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights to ensure you never feel rushed.

Gratuity is not included in our quoted rates. While gratuity is discretionary and based on your satisfaction with the service, a standard tip of 15-20% is customary for excellent service. You can add gratuity through our payment system or provide it directly to your driver.
