We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability, especially for airport transfers and special events. Yes! You can book a ride for family members, friends, colleagues, or clients. When making the reservation, simply provide the passenger's name, contact information, and any special instructions. You can still be the billing contact while someone else enjoys the ride.

You can modify or cancel your reservation by calling us at (313) 900-8886 or emailing [email protected]. Cancellations made 24+ hours before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen - contact us and we'll work with you.

Absolutely! We offer flexible hourly charter service (minimum 3 hours) perfect for business meetings, city tours, shopping trips, or special events. Multi-stop trips are also available - just let us know your itinerary when booking and we'll create a customized route and provide accurate pricing.

Our pricing is transparent and distance-based:

• Luxury Sedan: $45 minimum + $2.75/mile + $0.50/min
• Black SUV: $120 minimum + distance charges
• 0-25 miles: $5 per mile
• 25-45 miles: $4 per mile
• 45+ miles: $3.50 per mile

Gratuity is not included. All rates are calculated automatically when you book online.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and can set up corporate billing accounts. Payment can be made securely online during booking or arranged directly with your driver. For corporate accounts with regular service needs, we offer monthly invoicing.

Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. The quoted price includes all applicable taxes and fees. Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time (45 minutes for international flights). Additional wait time beyond that is charged at $1 per minute. Parking fees at certain venues may apply and will be communicated upfront.

Gratuity is not included in our quoted rates. While tipping is discretionary and based on your satisfaction, a standard gratuity of 15-20% is customary for excellent service. You can add gratuity when booking online, through our payment system after your ride, or provide it directly to your driver in cash.

For airport pickups, we track your flight in real-time and adjust for any delays - you'll never be charged extra for flight delays! Your professional driver will meet you at the baggage claim area with a sign displaying your name. We include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for domestic arrivals and 45 minutes for international arrivals, giving you plenty of time to collect luggage and clear customs.

No problem! We monitor all flights in real-time and automatically adjust your pickup time based on your flight's actual arrival. Whether your flight is delayed by 3 hours or lands 30 minutes early, your driver will be there waiting for you. There are no extra charges for flight delays - this service is included in your fare.

Yes! Meet and greet service is included with all airport pickups at no extra charge. Your driver will be waiting at the baggage claim area with a professional name sign, making it easy to identify them. They'll assist with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. For added convenience, we'll also provide you with your driver's contact information before your arrival.

Yes! We provide complimentary child safety seats and booster seats upon request. Luxury sedans accommodate 2-3 large suitcases plus carry-on items, while our SUVs can handle 4-6 large suitcases plus additional bags. If you're traveling with oversized items, sports equipment, or have special luggage requirements, please let us know when booking and we'll ensure you have the appropriate vehicle with adequate space.
